The S50 and C50 share no interchangeable parts. You cannot make an S50 engine work on a C50 chassis. The cost of a rebuild will exceed $2500 for parts alone and labor will just about double that. Your least expensive option would be to buy a used motor from a junk yard bike and swap it into the frame.

The C50 seems HUGE compared to the S50, and not much smaller than the C90. Therefore, I'm thinking of picking up a C50. What do you think about upgrading from an S50 to a C50? Since the C50 is so much larger in size than the S50, yet with the same engine, does that mean I'm going to notice a decrease in power? Thanks for any and all feedback.
The S50 still has a different motor than the C50 and M50. I think the marauder is a much nicer bike since they went to the Vol motor. It lets the pipes leave the 'jugs' on the same side of the bike. The old marauder used to have a wrap around pipe from the front cylinder. The S50 still does have the pipe on the left side.
A 2006 S50 should be fuel injected, not carbed and no choke. Please elaborate on the year of the bike, do you have any pictures? Once we know for sure we can offer some sound advice.
