I realize this post is a year old, but I'm having the same problem as far as feeling like something is stuck in my throat. Also, it feels like it's swollen. On day 2 after the test my doctor called me in some Levsin for spasms. It doesn't feel like I'm having throat spasms, but I thought I'd give it a try. It hasn't helped.

Feeling better. No more pain at all, but still experiencing the sensation something is stuck in my throat causing a very uncomfortable feeling constantly. At times it felt like my throat was closing up even though I knew it wasn’t.

It has been months of this feeling as if i have something stuck in my throat. I have been to see my GP and at first he thought it could be my IBS. He gave me some pills to relax the IBS and advised if this feeling in my throat is still there after IBS is relaxed then come back.
