The first Avatar was the least original movie plot I have ever seen. Literally just a complete rip off from FernGully of the early 90s except instead of blue aliens the ‘indigenous people’ were fairies who rode around on bugs instead of flying alien birds. Magic, sacred tree? Check.

Is worth it for the exploration and Avatar universe alone. On top of that, it's a very good game. Fighting is fun, clearing areas, and gathering resources, too. And it's plain beautiful.
